Nakheel, a company in the world in Dubai, announced the completion of 60 percent of the infrastructure in Jumeirah Village, the mixed use development, announced in 2004.

Italian architect Dr. David Fisher today announced the launch of Dynamic Tower, the world's first building in motion, to be constructed in Dubai. Each floor of the 80-storey tower will rotate independently to create a building that constantly changes shape, according to a statement. Apartments will range in size from 124 square metres, to villas of 1,200 square metres, complete with a parking space inside the apartment. A similar tower is also being planned for Moscow.

Emaar Properties has unveiled The Grand Boulevard, a two-tower residential complex located on Burj Dubai Boulevard and designed to maximize views of Burj Dubai, the world’s tallest building. The 69- and 22-storey towers feature a theater, two levels of retail and an extensive spread of leisure amenities. Sales for registered customers will take place on June 28 at the Downtown Living Sales Centre and at Emaar’s Abu Dhabi Sales Centre from 9am to 6pm.
